for me the us government as of now may not have so much interest on finding out who really satoshi is.
due to lack of purpose, finding satoshi wouldn't stop bitcoin from thriving.
and even if they find him and showed him to public will also not be worthy for the government.
people will just treat satoshi as hero who have given them bitcoin...
.
i will bet that criminals are more inclined to find satoshi rather than the us government.
theyll want to find him for the possible wealth he possess...

Co-founder of Nem coin said: "US government knows who Satoshi?".

Do you believe that? And why does the US government not publish?

NO. And that the speculation that Satoshi is someone from NSA is far from the truth as well. Its all conspiracy theory because that's how the man became a legend. Satoshi actually hide from the government because of his creation. He was afraid that somewhat the government doesn't want his creation put forward because it will totally eliminate the banks all over the world. And besides if the government really want's to know who is behind bitcoin, they can do it, with all the ways and means at their disposal. But they choose not to do so because Satoshi went MIA.

Gavin Andresen, chief scientist of the Bitcoin Foundation, said at a conference in BBC that he believes Craig Wright is Satoshi Nakamoto, the pseudonymous inventor of Bitcoin.

In doing this, Gavin ruined his reputation in this community and showed how gullible he was. Many developers poked holes in Craig Wright's proof that he provided to Gavin and eventually people saw through his lies. Craig Wright is a Snake Oil salesman, and everyone knows this.

Gavin was also the reason why Satoshi left, if he did not accept the invitation to speak to the CIA, Satoshi would have still been around. ^grrrrrrr^

If anyone was working for the government, it must be Gavin Andresen.

It's a conspiracy theory in my opinion. Why would the US government be interested in him? He did found Bitcoin, but he has no control over it. He also made his exit before Bitcoin actually boomed. He was a revolutionary, and I'm sure every single Bitcoin holder and cryptocurrency holder has varying degrees of respect towards him, but they recognize that he can be nothing more than a figurehead with no power or authority.

If the government is keeping tabs on him, I find it unlikely that it's because of Bitcoin. We don't know where he is or whether he started other projects before and after founding Bitcoin. Still, I find all of this highly unlikely. I honestly think people should stop trying to find him as a sign of respect.

I agree with you. but I wonder why they always use the beginner's account ?
because they are afraid to make a post using their original account, may have a considerable rank. or what are their reasons for questioning it?
