Litecoin mining failure

I have a MSI Radeon HD 7770, I mine litecoins with cgminer in Ubuntu 13.04, I have used both the pool-x pool, And recently, The http://ltc.kattare.com/ pool. Cgminer tells me what I have read is normal for my dual core card, Being, About 170 kilohashes per core. However, My litecoin pools only say, At max, 50 kilohashes. So, Something is seriously wrong somewhere, Which is wasting me a lot of time. Can someone please help?
