Website Cloud mining system

Hi guys I want to start prezenting myself. My name is Robert i'm a trader and i want to make a website similar to cloud mining where people could invest  theyr money and while they keep it there to get a % after every week/monnth just like banks. But the thing is that i would need to  use those money for trading / something small for now around 50-300 dolars minim and max deposits. That is the ideea and i think it can be done, anyone who could help with it?

Seems like a fine idea. Other companies do it. Each company has a different use for the bitcoin (assets) under management. You plan to use it for trading, others plan to use it for mining. How will you ensure you're earning enough profit to pay your interest obligations to your customers?
