Hello. I'm trying to learn more about this company that is focused in the music industry, utilizing blockchain technology. They have an AltCoin or Token but it doesn't seem to use Proof of Work OR Proof of Stake, but rather they give free tokens for contributing to the platform. Is anyone familiar with Viberate?  http://bitcoinist.com/viberate-launches-community-rewards-program-worth-one-million-dollars/ Thanks for your input.
