Electrum Lost Phone help recovery

Hi guys you are my last hope! i've on this macbook a wallet with BTC. I broke up my iphone with 2fa key inside and now i can't recovery my 2fa in any way cuz my iphone is locked ( the touch screen when it was broken automatically tryied many password and locked up my phone). i have the wallet opened i tryied to recover the seed cuz it was on the phone too ( back up too old i tryied ).

On Electrum i tryied to go to Wallet>Seed but the word Seed is grey i think cuz of the 2FA how can i unlock my btc where/how can i recover my seed and create a new wallet please i really need your help....

Did you save your seed when creating wallet?
If you don't then you're out of luck, try to fix your iphone first (don't reset your phone as you could lose necessary data) and then recover your coins along with its seed.
I've never used 2FA on electrum, but your guess is good as mine, your seed are locked because of 2FA.

Anyway, I'd suggest to get your phone fixed, you can't do anything on your wallet without that.

To be able to send or recover coins from an Electrum 2FA wallet, you require either:

1. Your 2FA wallet + password (if any) + 2FA Authenticator code
or
2. Your 12 word seed phrase

If you don't have either of those, then your coins are locked in your wallet forever.

Yes, the seed is greyed out in 2FA wallets as a security feature. The ONLY way for you to recover your BTC without access to the 2FA authenticator code, is by using the 12 Word Seed mnemonic. If you don't have this written down somewhere (and it sounds like you had it stored on your phone? ) then your coins are likely to be locked in your wallet forever.

Getting the touch screen replaced should not involve resetting the phone.
