If correct customs designation code for electronics from China, than 0% customs fees in EU should apply. Can you confirm? I am only writting about customs fees, not taxes.

Indeed, but you have to pay the VAT, which is 20-25% depending on the country.

I paid 272 + 43 EUR for 1 S9 + 1 PSU (DHL slapped on 25 EUR of fees).


And I guess by taxes you meant personal income tax etc.. well yes, that's another story, the custom services won't bother you with that.
