Bitstamp deposit joint account problem

Hi,

10 Days ago I deposited money from a joint bank account (me and my wife) to my bitstamp account in my name. They requested a bank statement with both our names on it. I sent this 9 days ago.
I have not received my funds nor a reply since then.
