The idea of atomic swap is that you don't have to trust any central party to hold your coins such as exchanges to be able to exchange between multiple cryptocurrencies. Why do you put this centralized party for atomic swaps? If and when we get majority coins to support atomic swaps, if they can of course, you will not need centralized exchange. Can you tell us more about how this is decentralized, or you simply came to spam affiliate links for telling "it is great exchange for the future" but you don't even know if it works, but hey they offer affiliate program....

atomic swaps are the future of crypto coins. I am not sure if its legit or not but i hope its going to work and legit.
i am always suspicious for all new coming exchanges. i love to use known ones such as kucoin and bibox
