hmm i dont think its possibel from someone in vietnam i need a korean national

with korean mobile phone number,


i dont know of an exchange in vietnam that is over/undervalueing cryptocurrencies,

if you know one tell me, i wil look into this

bithumb seems to regularily overvalue cryptocurrencies, (because of cultural barriers)

I got both a French and Korean account. I was wondering, is there no legal restriction to do what you guys are doing ? I thought Korean law set an outbound limit of 50K won a year for national accounts.
