Hey guys, I just wanted to introduce myself! My name is I Sell Coins. Haha just kidding... but I don't like to share my real name on the internet, I'm a privacy FREAK.

Anyway, I wanted to make my one post to gain access to the other forums, and I figured I'd explain my reason for signing up!

Here goes...

I'm a freelance phone app/graphic/web designer and self-proclaimed "encryption specialist" (I only use that title to gain business, I simply use tutorials and what not for fairly intricate stuff), and about 10% of my business comes from people wanting to create TOR hidden services. I refuse to design for people needing a web presence in order to scam, but some of my clients are a bit shady. Anyway, it's probably obvious that the people needing hidden websites hold anonymity pretty highly (mush more so than myself), so they obviously pay in BTC. I typically charge quadruple what I would charge on a normal website, and these hidden services are usually very simple to set up, mostly splash pages. That means I usually acquire about 10-20 BTC for simple site that take around a day to build. The reason I charge so much is:

A.) These cats really want their site done flawlessly, and they will pay anything. I don't rip people off though, because my typical pricing on normal websites is about 1/4 of what the Graphic Artists Guild's Guidelines for Ethical Pricing recommends... so really I am charging average prices. I ranted there, sorry.

B.) It's much easier to sell BTC quickly when listing them for less than the current exchange rate.

SO - I charge MORE so I can sell quickly for LESS. Everyone wins.

I won't be offering BTC here for a little while though, as I just spent loads purchasing hosting for the next 10 years, and I am also saving BTC in order to buy a new Mac Pro when they are released. Once I have the money saved for my new machine though, expect me to be vending coins for less than exchange rate Smiley

I guess that's it! I look forward to interacting with you folks in the future!

Take care.
