1.5 BTC Loan Needed To Cover Bill

My dog is in need of some medicine from the vet and I cannot pay for it until I get paid next week, if any can be kind enough to lend me 1.5 btc and I will pay you back 1.9 btc in a week and half

Any collateral, previous rep, identification? Also, if I do decide to do this loan I would expect/like some form of proof that this money was indeed used for medicine. However I would first need great previous reputation from you or collateral.
