More miners are needed on the p2pool network to have an enjoyable mining experience for everyone.
We are currently finding a block a day, but we can do way better if some miners decide to support decentralisation.
Please find below a list of Monacoin p2pool active nodes, you can mine in any of those your hashrate will be counted on the global p2pool network (you have no disadvantage to be alone on a node) :
Don't let Monacoin mining end up centralised on two or three big pools.

PS 3 : Mining on a p2pool node is as simple as : ccminer -a lyra2v2 -o stratum+tcp://YOUR_SELECTED_NODE_HERE:2942 -u YOUR_ADDRESSE_HERE -p x
PS 4 : You get paid directly on the wallet address you provided.
