Heatsink, fan and frame for Klondike K16 board

The heatsinks and fans are designed and manufactured in China for our MYMINER project (http://myminer.com).
However, the Avalon chips are so delayed, we decided to provide them to public.

We want to thank BkkCoins for his great work on Klondike project. We will send BTCs to him when we start mining with our miners.

The heatsink fin in the real product is actually in the other direction to let the air flow from the fans and pass through the heatsinks

I am interested in the frame. However, I would like the frame to be rack mountable, so I can mount several frames into a standard 40u rack (19inch / 482.6mm). Please confirm if the frame is rack mountable. If not, can you make some adaptor which will allow the frame to be mounted into a standard rack.

I see the frame picture looks good with the fans attached, is that the same fan you are selling? I actually really like it. Please quote me a discount if I take 630 pcs heatsink, 630 pcs fan and also as many frame necessary to house 630 boards.
