Random Indian miner on Nicehash not mine???

So this is a first time post, I have been mining on nice hash recently with two GPU rigs named worker 1 and 2 which are both connected to EU since i am from South Africa but when I checked my stats online again this morning it showed i had three workers and 1 of them was from India. At first I thought it was a mistake because i checked again and it wasn't there but when I checked again it was back and mining is this anything i should worry about or enjoy the extra mining power ?
