If you mean a place to track your coins I would say Blockfolio is pretty good place to do this. They have a mobile application as far as I know, but I am unsure about if there is one for your desktop computer or not.

I think delta, coin market, and block folio can help you keep track of all altcoins. but I am more comfortable to see the value of altcoin in the exchange, such as binance, etherdelta, kucoin. and others.
