I know you will have the right set of people there and at least you can pick who you want to be part of your team. Right now there are no newbies posting in your thread but it is only a matter of time where they will post their pitches here all together with their telegram or email accounts. I also highly recommend you not to try to approach this people as they are not trusted persons here in the community.

I'm afraid you might have to rethink your entire architecture if the developers don't see a point in integrating blockchain at this stage. When developing centered products, the idea of planning a project with blockchain in the initiation phase is beneficial. You don't know how things would be from a blockchain developer's point of view.
