Im currently holding about 7000 trx in binance.  I do want to hold for long term.  But the withdraw fees on binance are high.  Should I do it now, or wait in hopes for an adjustment on the withdraw fee.

First of all, do not be greedy. All exchanges take a lot of commission, but there are hopeless situations, and the commission of exchanges is exactly this.

Do not hope for anything, because we all know that the fees are not going to change at all. Just withdraw, convert to other crypto if you want, and that is it. Just remember that TRX is the most volatile coin that has ever existed.

there will be no change in trx withdrawal fees in the binance, it means there is no difference if you withdraw it now or the future. but if you want a small or cheap withdrawal fee, you can swap it into a doge, because the cost of doge withdrawal is very cheap.

The price could get really low and they could make the withdrawal fee higher.

Exchanges don't usually lower their withdrawal fees.
