Cerulean
A collection. A community. An economy.

Cerulean is a project based on the people that will directly use it and interact with it. Therefore, it is most fitting for the community to choose what features and capabilities Cerulean should posses.
We can build a JavaScript framework that interacts with Web3.js or we can build a framework using Lisk or we can fork our token ledger and introduce a fully JavaScript blockchain with the Web framework being hosted by the blockchain. We could even fork Ethereum or Lisk or Cardano or Dash or STEEM, or build a framework to connect and utilize all of them at once.

You, the community, decide what Cerulean should truly be in this development period.
The possibilities are virtually endless.

Main Idea Diagram
The main idea is to allow users to interact with the Cerulean platform in a dynamic manner that is more user friendly than most desktop blockchains.
This draws to a web-based application and causes the project to focus on JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
Users will be able to pick and choose from a few nodes so they are not forced to sync to the network themselves, similar to MyEtherWallet.

The simplest route to building this web platform is to utilize other platforms that are available such as Ethereum for the tokens and smart contracts,
IPFS for file hosting, BlockchainDB for database functionality, etc. We can also build our own simple Proof-of-Stake JavaScript blockchain that works with these other platforms.

Poll Duration Information: All polls will end after 250 votes or 5 days have passed, whichever is longer.
These very simple polls will allow us the ability to gauge the path you would like to see Cerulean take from an extremely basic statistical standpoint.
Please feel free to discuss features and capabilities you would like to see in the comments as well.

Poll #1: What base functionality would you enjoy?

Poll #2: Should we fork an existing platform?

Poll #3: What device mediums would you prefer?

Cerulean will start on the Ethereum blockchain as an ERC-20 token.
Token Contract: Coming Soon.
Token Name: Cerulean
Total Supply: 67,827,678
Token Symbol: CRLN
Token Decimals: 8

Token Distribution: Diagram can be seen here
40% Work Bounties
25% Reserves
20% Buy In Program
5% Referral Program
5% Interest Program
5% Third-Party Dev Program

Poll #4: What should the initial pricing of CRLN tokens be?
With the features and development ideas fresh in your head, we would like to give the community the opportunity to choose what they want any Cerulean Crowdsale to be priced at.
Please keep in mind the amount of deliverables you specified in the prior section when making your choice here.

Poll #5: What exchanges would you like to see CRLN listed on?

Survey Bounty Information: After all the polls are closed, we will do a mini-airdrop to everyone that PMs me that they finished the polls, and provide their ETH address.
Do not post your ETH address in this thread though, only PM this account.

Please, feel free to share any ideas you may have below, and stay civil.
Thank you, DenimBlue.

Updated poll/survey airdrop information.

Please send your ETH address via PM, do not post your ETH address in this thread directly.
Once the polls have ended, the mini-airdrop will go out.
