It was obvious that bitcoin's high price is bad for it, because newbies prefer investing in altcoins that are cheaper. Bitcoins simply circulate between its holders not attracting new people. It causes loss of interest and drop in price.

So now we should choose other altcoins. Altcoins are low priced but potential to invest and accumulate.

Why only say this now? Ticket sale for the event is already closed, you are too late to inform me that.

I think the better quote is :
"We have, and always will, accept cryptocurrencies for our conferences, up to fourteen days before the event," the organizers wrote. "However, due to the manual inputting of data in our ticketing platforms when paid in cryptocurrencies, we decided to shut down bitcoin payments for last minute sales due to print deadlines."

If bitcoin developers in the near future do not eliminate the shortcomings of bitcoin, as indicated by the North American conference, namely slow bitcoin transactions and high commission fees for their conduct, this will mean the starting point of his death. Puzzling in this regard is the passive silence of the developers about these problems bitcoin. It seems that they are exactly what they are waiting for and therefore do not take any measures.
