I have an idea to propose to the Bitcoin community that I had to solve problems of legality and taxes for cryptocurrency use that can probably can solve actually problems with different governments that trying to band cryptocurrency.
The most important think about cryptocurrency that they give people power to rest anonimous that prevent hacks. If you store the data about people like identity with pubblic keys it have to be stored somewhere and this become risky becouse hackers can try to stole this information or get access in cases of excanges to private keys of people and steal them founds.
The most important problems of cryptocurrency was that this annonimous system make more easy money laundering, illigal transaction and tax avoiding, this negative factors make criptocurrency lose credibility and trust in government eyes. To make government accept this cryptoworld cryptocommunity had to solve this problems. But the big question how we can do this?
Some team can make some update proposal for the network to change some rules of crypto how all time happening with forks. Example Bitcoin had problems with transaction speed and fees, the most abordable solution was Lighting network.
Now actual problem is legality of transaction and someon had to make the solution for this becouse is needed in all cryptocurrency to be accepted and become mainstream.
Now I explane the idea. When you make a transaction you made it from a phisical location that defined by your IP adress. So you can track from whith cointry was made the transaction and with same method you can track to what country this money goes. When you make a transaction you pay a fee that was distributed between miners. It possible to add one other fee for tax purpose that will be send to Rispective country wallet that was made for different governments. And people can vote via smart contract if they accept a certain level of taxes with a minimum and maximum % for every country.
To avoid illegal transaction take place on blockcain is possible to make one other system where a government can sent a smart contract with a pubblic key that use this key to sell drugs for example. And all community can look where this pubblic key is used and if is really used in drugs sell in a website from tor, people can vote to ban this pubblic key from the system. If more that 75% of votes tell that is illegal activity the system block any transaction from this pubblic key to be approved to make new transactio in the system. To incentivate people to vote is possible to create a new crypto token for every government that will be distributed between different people that voted. To prevent double votation is possible to create a database for KYC identification.
