Need some url shortner

Currently am using btc.ms and linkrex

Both are good and paying but i like btc.ms more coz it doesn't have pop up or slow loading etc...but earnings are low compared to linkrex,

I plan to add one more shortner like btc.ms for my double claim page & move linkrex to treasure pot page

I need more shortners for treasure pot  which am planning to introduce after reaching 10k users.

if someone can suggest list like

1. no popups
2. no slow loading
3. single ip per day
4. multiple ip per day

If there is paypal withdraw i'd like to use them first

Thanks for sharing uClick on your list. Can you just correct something? Our average CPM is from $1 to $1.4 and minimal withdraw is $2 on paypal, and $0.1 to FaucetHub!

Your list looks good, if possible add the number of pop ups, wait time, approx loading time, etc... yep i know am asking too much but with those details your list will look better.
