Rearrange portofolio?

Hello,

Thinking about rearranging my portofolio for better returns.
Took a huge hit with the correction but almost everything is down at this moment.

What is your opinion about this, good time or no go at this moment?

Current porto:
EOS, Stratis, Lisk, Cardano, Waves, Verge, IOTA, Lumen, Elixir, Oyster, Mothership, Ubiq, XtraBytes, Navcoin, Dragonchain (Sorted from highest to lowest investment)

Want to put some more on the lower investments, wonder what your opinions are on which ones i should sell or lower my investment on and why.
