Today, I made a btc withdrawal from Exmo.

BTC amount:  0.52097303 btc
Status:  Paid
Date/Time:  19.12 09.06

However I have received nothing to my wallet.  There is no txid.  Chat staff member just told me that technical staff will have a look into the situation. I have made a complaint inquiry (247198) to Exmo to have a look into this.  Please, I urge any Exmo staff member to look into this situation as this is ridiculous that you can just do whatever you like with customer funds.

Haven't used this exchange, maybe it's delay because of the congested network. There were same scenarios in other exchanges, completed transaction but without TX ID given and didn't receive in wallet. Consider posting in their main thread, I saw that EXMO account has been active answering queries there recently.

Hi there mate, I will take your advice.  Thanks!  Their support has been in contact with me so that is a good sign I guess, but I still have not received my bitcoins which is a worry.

I have initiated a withdrawal 8 days ago:

19.12 10:38   
- Withdrawal
BTC   -0.1243136   

Still no sign of my BTC. I have contacted support, I await to hear from them ...

I Initiated a withdrawal nearly a week ago. Still no sign of my ETH...

I've contacted Exmo support many times but no-one replies! The chat no longer works.

withdrawal 0.43793521 ETH

Is EXMO now a scam? Any perspective on this?
