yet another piece of potentially negative news to drive the price down
the guidelines are nothing more than restrictions
in reality the guidelines are going to determine how will the central bank and the goverment
deal with the cryptocurrencies once the laws are ready to be voted for
and France doesn't seem to be the most favorable place to open a crypta related business after these

It's not as bad as it may look. In most cases the language used is being spiced up to make it look more aggressive towards cryptos than it in reality is. I am not against stricter regulations at all, as long as it's fairly implemented.

We have to accept that not every country will widely open itself for crypto currencies, and especially not with how ignorant the majority of the politicians are. It's like they don't want a new industry to emerge.

Let them encapsulate themselves in a web of strict regulations, at the end of the day it won't be much of a bother for the users itself. Even services will just adopt to the situation, or choose to register elsewhere if they don't agree.

BSV is not the real Bcash. Bcash is the real Bcash.
