Hi all,
I've recently tried coinmixer.es I used coinbase.com to transfer the coins after to my electrum output address, coinmixer website hasn't how they've received it and haven't obviously outputted my coins, I've emailed them multiple times for assistance while little luck, they've sent me a step by step electrum payback guild however if I try it it fails. Please can someone help can't afford to lose these coins?

I’m pretty sure CoinMixer.es is a scam. The legit one is CoinMixer.se, which actually closed their doors months ago. Sorry, but your coins are gone.

What do you mean with an electrum payback guide? Do you mean a guide to import private keys?

Did they provide you those private keys? (Do not post or share them)

Whatever of OP explain for what process did the site said it's obvious that he was scammed and that funds will never coming back. That's why it's a good habit to double check the url of the site before using them to avoid phishing site.

This commonly happen when people do directly make some google searches without having some verification or further checking.

However, we have been victim of cheating attempts and we must verify that you are the owner of the original account. Do not worry, we have simplified the protocol and you should follow just simple instructions.Follow these instructions step by step:

1) Open electrum with the wallet you made the transaction.

2) Go to the View menu -> Show console -> Click on the "Console" tab.

Like what I've said no matter what they instructed you there's no way you can recover your funds from them, that site is one of the phishing sites of coinmixer.se, so..

Also, this response can be automatically response since there is no statement referring to your case or it has been reviewed by an employee.

I have not tried it before and I do not know what will execute but it will not be useful.
