There are some member ( most of them are newbie) who are continuously spreading rumours, FUD and increasing the panic among the people. We need to stop those kind of people immediately. If we detect that kind of people then What should we do against them?  Example- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1659648
( I don't know whether this is the right board to start this topic or not )

As long as we post it in the appropriate section, I don't see any issues with it. As mentioned, the news he was referring to was true and he was merely expressing his concern.

He's posting in speculation mainly, and bitcoin discussions. And in most posts it seems like he's a bitcoin bear of the extreme kind, perhaps even a bitcoin hater altogether. However he's just expressing opinion and he's allowed to do that.

The news article that he quoted indeed exists, the legitimacy of which i'm not sure of.

Anyways, please quote some examples of him spreading false rumors, and perhaps DT members are able to do something about that. Otherwise, he's just another bitcoin hater to be ignored.

The whole Speculation board is filled with shills with an agenda, whether it's up or down, many people post there trying to influence the market. And it works, Bitcoin is very susceptible to good or bad news.
A topic like Bitcoint to $1,800 USD by end of 2018 (note the "t" at the end of Bitcoin in the title) shouldn't be in Bitcoin Discussion. It's nothing more than a linkdump. I've reported it to be moved to either Speculation or Press.
The report linked in this topic about comes from a "Wall Street consultancy", they have an even bigger agenda.

Exactly, look at the following post.

Giant ponzis do not run for more than 10 years. At $600,000,000,000 invested in Bitcoin the money supply has dried up. Bitcoin has crashed from $20,000 to $12,000

and high profile people calling Bitcoin a giant scam there is ever increasing risk of international police raiding Bitcoin mines
The topic was - 'Bitcoin going to $400'
