1. What are "signatures campaign"??
2. why newbie cannot be accepted?
3. I red some bounties who request bitcointalk account member junior for twitter campaign too? whyy???

Signature campaign are a way to promote ICOs where members put ICO logo as profile pic and carry ICO promotion text in signature.
To make such campaign spam free rank below jr. member is not allowed for signature campaign.
Conditions depends on ICO to ICO, only to avoid spamming.

If they would accept a newbie account, each person could create any number of accounts to benefit of the signatures and bounties campaigns. It is quite hard to have many accounts of higher level, because you will have to increase your activity on each of the accounts.

Plus the ICO's know that full member and above have been with this community for a while and can have more confidence that they will still be around in the future.

Newer members may just quit after a few weeks. I'm sure there is a statistic of the amount of registered users vs the current user base for this site.

Because the manager project make the rule must be junior level to join bounty campaign, i don't think so maybe reduce scam and multiple account.

I think because of misuse of the system and spamming are the main reasons why newbie accounts are not allowed to participate in signature campaigns. You can rank your activity to junior member where you can get campaign to participate in .

as what I've read on this forum/site, most of the signature campaigns requires at least a rank of Jr. Member. why ? well, they're actually looking for someone who can do constructive/thoughtful works depending on what kind of things they want you to do meaning they're looking for someone who already have an enough experience to fulfill they're works.
what is signature campaign ? Signature campaigns are paid signatures wherein participants are paid for wearing a particular signature.Payments are differ from rank to rank which means higher is your forum rank,more payment you get.
