I have been a member of bitcointalk for several years, generally posting through my personal account. Recently changed computers and lost access to my passwords, etc. for my account, and have sent password reminder emails to myself from here to change it, but the emails never arrive. i logged in with my project-account to see what was going on.....

checking into my posting history, my account seems to have clearly been hacked as i see a bunch of messages written in arabic FROM my account, essentially someone trying to use my "hero member" status to their own advantage, and consistently, and as recent as yesterday......

how do i get my account frozen and returned to my possession? is there a page for users to contact admins regarding stuff like this??

Yes, it's called Meta, and has a sticky for Recovering hacked accounts or accounts with lost passwords.

You can contact the admin for this but make sure to prove that you own that account they are asking for your sign message that you stake here in forum as your proof and they will help you to get your account back. if you didn't stake any bitcoin address i think it is hard to get your hero account back unless if there is other way to prove that you own that account ..
Much better to move this thread in meta section here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=24.0
You can find the move button below left of this page.

I think you should try again and find the forget password email in other folders in your inbox, i do not think it is easy to hack an account unless you gave access to someone or told your password to someone.
