You are claiming to have a pre-order from October of 2012 that you want to sell because it has not shipped.  Yet, BFL has stated (and has been confirmed by the numerous accounts of people who have gotten their units well after October of 2012.  There is just no conceivable way you have a Jalapeno on order from 2012 that has not shipped and BFL has not taken care of you.  So either 1) the pre-order you have is not for a Jalapeno, and thus you are confusing everyone and yourself, or 2) This isnt legit.  Myself and others reading this are going to side with number 2 unless you can prove otherwise.
