Can I cash out the eth and btc now or shall I wait a week ?
Which is the best time to gain more?

Today isn't the right time, wait for them to pump up a little bit of time and patience because today or this week is dipping week and everyone knows that it'll be back to pump up after few days of a week.
I have some Bitcoin and Ethereum but I'm not doing them but I'm going to use them to buy more coins especially my favorite coin, Oyster Pearl.
