I won't say it's a scam in the sense that he will run off with your bitcoin.  Just pointing out a few items that the dev keeps deleting anytime someone posts some basic info:

This is the dev's 3rd ICO coin in 3 months.  (TOK, XUV, GNR). 
One project is dead, and the other has taken a backseat to this one (and this one will probably take a backseat to the next one he releases in a few weeks).
This one raised over a million dollars in ICO plus a 2 million coin premine.
But, that wasn't "enough" to get on exchanges, so the dev then retroactively changed the premine from 2mil coins to 4mil coins. 

I've said the same thing many times... you very well may make money on this, masternode coins are hot right now.  But this is not a genuine project, it's a premine/ico money grab that will be replaced by his next money grab coin coming out from the dev next month when he abandons this one.  You can't release 3 coins in 3 months and even pretend to support/develop for them.  Nobody is that good.

to deceive beginners in the world of crypto in a new way, will this be a real indication for them?

I am not following for coins "with masternode features, because this is a very gambling investment in my opinion.
I prefer the "young" coin that has a good midterm event.

however, I would like to thank you very much for your information, because it helps me not to invest my capital for the coins.

Just another Shitcoin stay away... This dev has banned several people in my discord from telegram for asking questions..

i asked if there were any bounties, and was completly misunderstood. My discord was interested in creating a mastenode pool, and a staking pool as this is what we focus on. Dev was must not understand english.  selling all out TOK and moving to something that will be profitable. run away.

TOk masternodes stopped paying out for DAYS then my IP showed up on the banned list i asked why and was told i was paid too often by the dev? such BS

I dont think that it is required special report. One of the 80% of all coins, which could be named shitcoins.
