Newbie's reply gap is 360 seconds!
When your active value reaches 15, your reply gap will be greatly reduced after the upgrade.
The last updated time is January 18, 2018. The next update will be February 1, 2018!

For a better safe make an interval of one hour to post again ,to make it deeply understand what you are posting for,to ready for the next post and think it again intelligently.But 360 seconds is okey .
