What do you think about Oyster Pearl $PRL

It's a great crypto check it out if you don't know about it. I only don't get why it lost so much value, I think it easily can be a top 100 coin. Anyone has a clue as to why it doesn't pump or any other comments on this coin?

Its a great longterm project. It's not a pump&dump coin.

General decline of the market ate away at it, in a bull market it can easily be 3 times current price no further away than a month or 2 from now. Especially if its picked up by a bigger exchange along the way.
