Help for Building a Scrypt Miner

I would like some suggestions for a new minning machine.

The GPU HArdware is fixed 2*7950 and possibly a 7870.

I would like suggestions concerning:

1)Motherboard. It must have 3 x PCI-E slots with a 4th one desired but not necessary.

2)CPU

3) RAM (how many GB?)

4)PSU how many watts for a maximum of 3*7950

 I want the minimum possible cost.

I am in EU so I would like suggestions from www.amazon.fr,  www.amazon.co.uk,  or even www.amazon.de, www.amazon.it

ad 3) 4 GB is enough
ad 4 ) the absolute minimum is 850 gold PSU, better 1000
