Hi Everybody,

I have withdrawals 4 ETH from Bistamp to another cold wallet.

Transaction has been confirmed 143 times at this moment but value is 0eth (0$)...

This is the first time I get this problem and I don't know what to do.

Just try to send a ticket support to the bitstamp, as far as I know your transaction already successful and then if you are still not seeing your amount in your cold wallet and the problem is in your bistamp account or service. But you can try to double check your address again and make sure you are putting correct address.
