Biograffi is basically this android app where you can post your life story, and then in return gain "BGF"
token for it. There is a daily bounty of 100,000 BGF tokens, and the more you post, the higher percentage of the daily bounty you will then receive in return.
They do have a website depicting what they will be doing with the app, and how the coins will be distributed.

300 million BGF token will stay directly with the founders and developers of Biograffi.
200 million will go to the development fund to advance Biograffi as a whole.
300 million will go to airdrops and bounties.
200 million will go to investors of the BGF token. This may or may not be an upcoming ICO, because frankly I'm not sure what this part of the token distribution actually means
Right now, BGF is only trading on EtherDelta/ForkDelta, but they plan to apply to more exchanges.
