Transfer to HitBTC Went Awry

Around five days ago, I transferred my 260 tokens from Starbase (STAR) which I got from my bounty promotional work...from my MyEtherWallet account to the STAR address provided by HitBTC but until now I could not still see the tokens credited in my account. I have checked all the details and there seemed to be no problem whatsoever with what I had done...it is not just there.

Anybody here who experienced the same thing with BitBTC? I have not yet reached out to HitBTC support because I got a little bit lazy and I am giving them the time they might need or letting the system picked it up on its own.
