i'm growing a brand new pump group, the road map is:
1) getting enough subscribers (500-750)
2) we start short pumps with good preliminary training, and not like most children's pumpers who do not understand what are they doing
3) growing up to several thousand subscribers for a long-term manipulation, much larger and effective even for slow participants.
As i see, most of the groups promise not to prepump, but still i always can find how are they cheating. My option is to do longer pumps, and i already have a strategy how will we evolve after getting enough members.
