My D3 is suddenly not showing chain #1 after changing pools in miner configuration. I have tried turning off and on the power and rebooting but still does not show.

It is however hashing at it's normal speed so I'm sure all boards are working fine, just that the board's information is not being displayed.
I have the latest firmware from Bitmain installed.

Anyone has experienced this and hopefully a fix?

I have a same issue, but my full speed is acceped by the pool. Anyway I installed blizz's moded frimware and at least it is less noise. After frimware upgrade chain 0 still not visible.

That's really odd... I've contacted Bitmain so let's see what they have to say.

What settings do you have on the blizz firmware? I'm contemplating using that but because I live in Singapore, the temperature here is around 30 degrees Celsius almost all year round and I'm afraid lowering the fan speed will cause overheating.

Mine two of the chains missing out of 3, try to check hashboard one by one and unsuccessfuly.

Quite weird coz if i connect all the hashboard together will shown up 1 chains still working, but if i unplugged the other two hasboard to check which hashboard got problem nothing(chains) shown up. Keep getting the error code which is check temperature and need to reboot bla bla bla..
