Hi everyone!
I am planning to do an ICO for an existing venture capital firm.
The underlying idea of such fundraising is to be more inclusive and provide liquidity to this traditional non-liquid investment vehicle.
To reach our first target - inclusivity - we need to design an ICO where all investors can get a piece of the pie and therefore to prevent small investors to get put out of the scope by big whales.
Even though token issuance models have been subjects of attention and so some people have shared their thoughts about the pros and cons of each existing model, I still can't come up with a strong idea of what precisely to do.
I would appreciate if you could guys give your opinion of how structuring this coin offering.
Thank you
