So after looking around on this forum I decided to try out btcquick since it was deemed reliable by a good amount of users and I saw constant support from the company's CEO (their claims for super-quick transactions and payment options were also enticing). So after my account was - I thought, at least - super verified, I did not anticipate an "under review" status for more than eight hours after my money left my bank account. There's nothing on their site about this state of the payment process, so I tried contacting customer support, first via email and then, hours later, through their support number. Nada. So, can anyone help this poor schmuck out and fill me in? I doubt Ascension is monitoring the Newbie section, so can anyone who has used this service shed light? Call it impatience, but I find that my level of focus and determination to plow through this cloak and dagger stuff to be remarkable, given the modern internet user's hummingbird-esque attention span
