You can deposit btc directly to binance then buy xvg to the market. Happy trading.

If you have xvg from another exchange and you wanna move it to Binance, yes you can. Get your xvg address from the 'Deposit' page and transfer the xvg to the address.

You need to withdraw from your current exchange and copy the address from "deposit" section in binance.
