Kindly clarify what you want to achieve, basically, mixing NVDIA and AMD is a bit pain, so if you have the chance to separate them I would suggest you do it.

however if you are asking if its possible to mine using both type of cards for different coins at time, Yes, this is possible, by running different miner instances and specify each GPU indexes.
