What's the difference between Cloudhashing and ASICminer?

It seems to me they provide the same service through the same means, more or less.  Contracts seem a lot like shares except Cloudhashing advertises it can pay a higher rate of return on its mining contracts.

Cloudhashing hasn't been proven not to be a scam? I'm not too sure actually.
