Most of the bounty participants received their tokens and I think those who provide/not change ETH address to Waves did not. I remember Sylon posted about changing address from Eth to Waves several times. I checked the previous posts and found the exact announcements:

Participants who provided a WAVES address in a first time don't have anything to do.
All participants who provided an ETH address, you have to create and send me a WAVES address.

After that date, a final spreadsheet will be sent to distribution team and users who will not have provided a new WAVES address won't be able to receive their bounties tokens on time. They will have to wait our gateway into Ethereum development to be finished. In other words, they will only receive their bounties tokens in a few weeks. So please spread the word about this address change process!
You have now 24 hours left to change your ETH address into a WAVES address and send it to me. If you don't do so, you will not be part of final distribution spreadsheet that will be sent to distribution team. There are still some participants who did not send me a WAVES address and still have an ETH address as payment address. You guys need to update it, or you may never receive your bounties... Announcement: On July 7th, I asked to all Primalbase bounty campaign participants to change their ETH addresses into WAVES addresses. It's been 3 weeks and there are still around 800 participants who did not send me a new address.
To those members, I'm giving you a final deadline: August 1st. After this date, I won't update your address anymore and you will have to wait few months before getting your bounty. You may never receive it.
On August 2nd, second distribution spreadsheet will be sent to distribution team.
