The election of the President of Russia should be held on March 18, 2018.
We are active residents of Russia want to hold fair presidential elections.
Our candidate Aleksey Navalny was not allowed to the presidential elections, then the incumbent authorities are afraid of real competition. This is a politically motivated decision that contradicts the Constitution of the country. We are not ready to recognize such "elections" as real and declare a strike of voters. Indefinite action of civil protest against fraud in elections.
Actors, directors, journalists and politicians have already supported the campaign of Alexei Navalny and our demand for political competition. We call on all those who want a better future for Russia to join us.

No one could take the credit away from Putin for rescuing Russia from total doom during the late 90s. But that said, his performance during the last 5-6 years have been below average. He has allowed millions of Muslim immigrants in to Russia and the crime rate is rising as a result of this measure.

It looks like Navalny will not be allowed to contest, which is a shame. Why the establishment is afraid of him? Anyway, the chances of him winning the elections are close to zero. At the most, he could have got somewhere between 20% and 25% of the votes.
