I guess that's what I meant to ask:
Will it be BETTER if the Euro tanks and runs to BTC or if the EU THRIVES and slowly increases accepting BTC

I think any country or organisation like the EU collapsing would probably end up being good for Bitcoin though I get where you're coming from, I do look at things from a less empathetic point of view now though. These systems are propped up by somebody, politicians can't act on their own and they're supported by a generation ( Old people, go figure ) who have colluded to put us all in debt in order to pay for everything they currently have and they'll do everything they can to keep it going at the detriment of us. I hope I'm wrong and everyone will be more than happy to tell their leaders to go fuck themselves and adopt Bitcoin on a massive scale, but I expect at least the western countries are going to end up like Spain with a stubborn government remaining to cater to the needs of the previous generation while the rest of us have just up and left because they're living in denial and want things to stay the way they were for them but in reality there will be just ghost towns everywhere with no one living in them because the governments refuse to change but won't give up 'their' land either.

I hope I'm wrong, I really do, I know not all old people are like that but you look at the last generation a.k.a baby boomers and you see just how selfish and arrogant they are and they love to go around lecturing us. As for Bitcoin itself, a EURO collapse will probably make 1 bitcoin worth $1000 Tongue

I think it would be worth more than that, but I agree with you!

Don't dream of it. If the Euro crashes, that would bring down the world economy, causing job losses everywhere in the world. BTC would go down.

I am not so sure that global economic crash means Bitcoin goes down. I could see demand rising at first for BTC. Things like gold and silver will go down. Things like the news out of Cyprus definitely is a boom for BTC, though.

Gold and silver might go down in a deflationary depression, yes, but that doesn't look wholly likely given the position of the central banks (print, print, print...).

Bitcoins itself would stay exactly the same, they have a hard cap on them and can't be inflated, everyones going to switch over to them the second they can. Have you checked out the alternate currencies that just drop off the charts because they've become worthless? That's what will happen to the Euro, it will just disappear everywhere and people will refuse to take it.

yes, and crashes are generally not good for people.

It does not make me happy to benefit from the tragedy of others.

So no... not really a good thing.

I have the feeling that Euro collapsing will somewhat ruin their plan for Fourth Empire. For that reason we will be staggering in agony for a long time when it comes, instead.

before a crash perhaps already now, the majority of people in the world, in the best case have almost empty fridge, empty bank account, don't own their home, don't own their car... and pay for water, lightning, schools, streets, hospitals, media, oil, multi, ads, everithing... so... what they will lose?

A systemic fiat currency collapse will benefit bitcoin massively. It's not a question of if, it's a question of when.
