I need some help please.

Opened up a internet page. Clicked on the FOX icon in the corner. Got a message about MetaMask being visible in sites i visit and to log out before vieing sites. Asked me to agree to terms&Conditions, and asked me for a new 8 digit password.

When i've done all this, i have a zero balance and my wallet address is different???

Where has my original account gone? Can some please advide/guide me?

Do you have a backup ? if you login in different computer use import existing DEN. if you allready login to metamask click import privatekey.
