Hello everyone,

I have been a long time lurker, but I never made an account until recently. I used to be active on litecoin talk, but that was a long time ago and they have since then changed.. a lot.

So essentially, I am posting here today because I, like a lot of you out there, am a miner. I am currently reaching the boundries of my current location; so now I am looking for a bigger and better place.

This made me think. If I am going to find a bigger place that can house these power hungry, heat generating monsters; then why not get a place big enough to hold someone else's machines also?

I live in upstate New York and the location would also be up here. Every hosting company that I can find is mostly on the west coast. I get it, they have low electrical rates. So do I.

So I would like some input. Is anyone interested in a hosting/colocation in upstate New York? Of course, the rates and the service would be competitive. I just would like to know how much interest there is so I
know what size place I should look into aquiring.

I've put a lot of thought into this. So here are some things we will offer:

Competitive Per/KW rates
ASIC & GPU services
Secure location
Fully Insured
24/7 365 support (phone support during the day and email at night)
Power cycles if needed
Troubleshooting and light repair
Machine cleaning. Air filters only go so far.
No time commitment
Options for us to provide or for you to buy accessories (PSU, risers, mobo, cpu..)
Of course basic infrastructure would be included (electrical, internet, rack space..)

If this is something that gains a lot of interest then I will most definitely pursue it. Location will be disclosed and I would allow clients or potential clients to attend an open house.

Off topic - I have never had a bitcointalk account until now, however I did use to have a litecointalk account and I do have a reddit account, that is used primarily for /hardwareswap (https://www.reddit.com/user/BlitzStix/)

Thank you,

Don

Although I don't own alot of miner, I'm still interested in this service.
Might send one or two miners in if the rates are competitive.
I'm also in NY so I'll probably attend this open house if you decide to offer this service.

Happy to hear there is still at least a little interest.
Still working the numbers on what rates to go on. I'll keep everyone updated on that. It comes down to what location I get into.

Thats good to know that you would like to come for an open house. I am a big believer in transparency. I have been burned a few times from other companies.
(LTCGEAR to name one) So allowing people to check things out would help a lot with the trust issues that the community has.

I got a message today and I just wanted to kind of address an issues that may come up. This person was under the impression that while the machines were in my possession that I would be mining with them and then paying people out. This is incorrect. The way I want to do it is never touch anyones crypto. The machines should be setup or given me instructions to setup from the start.(pool and worker information) That way everyone can see in there pool what their worker is doing. I want everything to be as simple as thinking the machines are in your basement. Only difference is the machines are in a different location.

If anyone has any questions or concerns - please ask away.

Depending on your electricity rates and how much you'd charge per month per miner for hosting, I have some interest as well (initially it would be a few Avalon 741's with growth potential if everything is working well). Would you be able to provide VPN access to the miners via OpenVPN or another means? I just like to be able to remotely control my gear as I currently do with another hosting provider.

I would be interested - depending on when you open up and your price. Would love to have my equipment hosted somewhere I could drive to.

Hello Don,

Like you, I have been lurking here and just signed up for an account. Just wanted to check if you had made any progress on setting up your hosting facility?
