Account Issue

Hello,

I've not been active for awhile and my account was disabled due to lack of updating password.  I've created this new account, but would really like to have access to my old account so that I can register for a few airdrops etc. that requires a non-newbie account. The account in question is 'nekojita' and I sent an email to the email address listed when I log-in from the email address I used to setup the account, but no reply yet. Thank you!@

Depending on mail provider it can take even 1 hour to get the mail, also check on spam folder, or in special folders if you have some settings

It's not a normal password reset. I've checked spam folders (of course). See pic for error I get:

I'm sure he gets tonns of emails and it takes time to read them all.
Just be patient a few more days and I am sure he will come back to you

That account is still on a "Newbie rank", as seen here.
Accounts don't rank up automatically, you have to be active (in order for it to rank up). You're better off using the new account that you created ("Nekojeeta")

Recovering accounts take a very long time (since it's a low priority for admins). In case you still prefer to recover that account (even though it's still a Newbie), then follow this thread.

Thanks for clarifying! It had been several years since I logged in... so hard to remember.  I must have mostly been a browser :-)
